These Terms govern your use of autpace.com and purchases from Aut Pace. Review them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy before ordering. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean the business operating Aut Pace, identified in our Legal Notice.

Use of the store

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or act with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.

Products and sizing

We sell apparel. Review each product's description, measurements, and size guide carefully before selecting a size. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colors, but this does not excuse a material discrepancy between an item and its description. Product availability may change.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout before payment. Payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. Prices and promotions may change for future orders; changes do not retroactively increase the agreed price of an existing order.

If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund amounts collected for any item we cancel. Restrictions will be applied consistently with applicable law.

Contact support@authenticpaceshop.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. Whether a discretionary change is possible depends on fulfillment status. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

Fulfillment and shipping

We use third-party suppliers to fulfill orders through a dropshipping model. Aut Pace remains your contact for order issues. Processing and delivery estimates, shipping costs, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. These Terms do not transfer our legal obligations to a supplier or carrier.

Returns and refunds

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or a customer-selected size that does not fit. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Review that policy before ordering.

Website content and third-party services

Store content is owned by Aut Pace or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not unlawfully reproduce or misuse its content. References to third-party services or brands do not imply an affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Third-party services, including payment services, may have their own terms. Those terms do not remove our responsibilities to you for your purchase.

Legal rights and responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes nonwaivable consumer rights, applicable warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, but service interruptions do not eliminate our obligations concerning paid orders.

These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal law and relevant state law. They do not require you to waive mandatory protections available in your state, agree to mandatory arbitration, or waive participation in a class action.

Changes and contact

Changes to these Terms apply prospectively. The terms applicable when you place an order continue to govern that purchase, except as otherwise required by law or expressly agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
